Dr. Kasia Fuiks serves as Associate Professor and Program Director of the Organizational Psychology Programs at the California School of Professional Psychology. With over thirty years of academic and professional experience, Dr. Fuiks’s teaching portfolio covers a variety of subjects, including Leadership Development and Assessment, Diagnostic Methods for Organizational Consulting, Social and Organizational Psychology, Change Management, Talent Management, and Talent Development. She actively contributes to doctoral dissertation committees, with her research primarily focusing on leadership, organizational culture, multiculturalism, and cross-cultural norms.
Beyond academia, Dr. Fuiks has leveraged her expertise in various roles, such as Senior Factors Engineer, where she analyzed organizational behavior, decision-making, and team dynamics under stress. Her professional history also includes positions as a Project Manager at Leadership Insight Group, a Research Consultant at Organized Change Consultancy, and a Literature Researcher at International Genomic Consortium. Dr. Fuiks earned her Ph.D. and M.A. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Northcentral University and graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in Psychology from United States International University – Africa.
