Organizational Psychology Programs

INTEGRATED TRAINING

The Organizational Psychology programs at CSPP provide a combination of academic work in theory and research with professional training. This close integration of classroom and field work gives our graduates unique professional preparation for careers in organizational psychology.

CONVENIENT CLASSES TO SUIT YOUR SCHEDULE

Courses are offered in convenient daytime, executive, evening and/or condensed formats (varies by campus). Another advantage to the Organizational Psychology programs is the shared curriculum, which allows students to access faculty expertise at all campuses and offers students flexibility to take some courses online and at other campuses.

EXPERIENCED FACULTY

Student access faculty local to their campus, and also the Organizational Psychology faculty at other campuses. Faculty bring a breadth of professional experience as coaches and consultants into the classroom. Read more about our faculty here.

REAL-WORLD TRAINING

Field placement and internship requirements provide students with opportunities to build relationships with businesses, professionals and experts in the field. Students begin to build professional networks through internship, class projects, work in the Consulting Centers, and campus events.

CAREER-READY GRADUATES

Graduates are prepared for careers in a wide variety of practice areas including consulting to managers and leaders, team development and consultation, organizational assessment and design, coaching, human resources management, organizational change and development, diversity training, and talent management.

DIVERSITY CONSULTATION AND TRAINING

Issues related to globalization, multiculturalism and diversity are integrated throughout the programs. Courses and consulting projects include fundamentals of professional ethics, diversity management and consultation, and culturally competent professional services.
