- Master's degree in TESOL, English, Education, Applied Linguistics or a related field
- A minimum of two years of teaching experience, preferably in ESL/EFL

- Official undergraduate and graduate transcripts from a regionally-accredited university (degrees in progress are acceptable) with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (GPA exemptions may be granted)
- TESOL Writing and Critical Analysis Test
