The Industrial-Organizational Psychology MA (MAIO) program at the Los Angeles and San Diego campuses of Alliant International University provides in-depth initial professional preparation in the industrial-organization psychology profession.

Courses are offered in convenient daytime, executive, evening and/or condensed formats (varies by campus). Another advantage to the MAIO program is the flexibility to take some courses at one campus and some at the other.

- Have completed your undergraduate education and are interested in a master’s level career in human resources or organizational development
- Are employed in human resource management or organizational development and need graduate-level education in order to maximize your career potential

PROGRAM DURATION
The program comprises 48-units and can be completed in two years full-time. Students take four or five courses each term.
