Have written and presented over 25 papers and presented them at professional association conferences. Papers were in the areas of diversity and multiculturalism in organizational cultures; diversity training, and pedagogocal issues in teaching intercultural communication.

Dr. Chung has extensive experience in marketing communications and founded and managed a Public Relations agency. She has published two books and book chapters in the field of organizational culture and integrated marketing and frequently presents and speaks at national conferences. Dr Chung is also an Advancement Chair and Communication Merit Badge Counselor for the Boy Scouts of America, San Diego Imperial Council.
Dr. Chung received her M.A. and Ph.D. in Organizational Communication from Howard University.
